Our speaker this month was Bill Synnot on the topic of how Cultural Diversity Improves your Bottom Line. Bill explored concepts and techniques that he has found effective when working in culturally challenging environments to improve an organisation's performance. Bill's experience supports the research finding that culturally-diverse organisations out-perform others by around 25%. In Australia's multi cultural society this is very relevant in the workplace for many businesses.
The Business of the month was presented by Patrick Albina the Founder & Director of Quintessential Consulting. Patrick enables his clients to unlock their hidden potential through a mindset shift, making it possible to operate effectively in the grey space of decision-making and reveal new possibilities that are otherwise unavailable in the status quo. www.quintessentia.coach
